Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee in Bay, Saginaw or Midland counties. Farther areas are served on route days: Wednesdays for the Thumb, Shiawassee and Genesee (+$50), Thursdays for Lapeer and Livingston (+$50), and Fridays for Oakland, West Macomb and West Lansing (+$75). Mount Pleasant is +$50 on any day. Enter your ZIP in the booking builder and the fee is added automatically.
Do you offer pickup outside Bay City?
Free pickup & drop-off is for Bay City. Everywhere else we come to you with a mobile unit.
Is my town covered?
